Emissions Problem
A tuner can get rid of all the codes associated with your mods
Your biggest challenge will be the LT's----The 02 sensor location on LT's is usually further back then they were with stock manifolds--this makes your 02's give erroneous readings in closed loop (part throttle) even though the ECM and 02's are commanding a 14.68-1 AFR you are probably ending up with something much richer--more likely 12.1
Another issue is your Hi-flow cats---many of them won't pass emmisions--The bullet types are known especially for this--Since Jan of 09 the smog police have really cracked down on cats--here in calif they look to see if there is any new welding on your exhaust--If so you must have cats that are on the approved list or they will not pass you-Also before if a car was over 10 years old you could change them without a problem--NOW the car has to be older than a 98 before you can legally change them--And i assume every year they may change that date---
Good news is that a tuner can correct the codes--Correct the 02 false readings so you get 14.68-1 again in closed loop--a wideband is neeeded---I would get it tuned 1st--then depending on which cats you bought--make a decision on those--
