Default Tucson repair help

I recently moved to Tucson and love it, but as in all moves there are issues that need to be addressed.
One of many is who can I trust with maintenance issues? My 2001 has an intermittent starting issue and I need help fixing.
I read the C-5 starting problem thread and while it is excellent it is beyond my abilities.
Can anyone recommend a shop that I can trust and afford?
Thanks in advance.
Mick

Hi Mick! Did you ever find a local shop for your Vette? My C6 is going to need some care as well and dang the dealer!

Default Yes, but in Tempe!

I found Extreme Motorsport in Tempe and they corrected a problem I had for years because I couldn't find anyone where I used to live in NH.
Jan Moeller is the owner and a great guy, he, his son and the tech (another great guy, but I forgot their names)took great care of me.
480-517-4969
400 South Clark drive Suite 104 Tempe.
tell them I said HI and mine is still running strong.
Good luck
Mick

Thanks Mick. I'll keep this info handy.

What about oil changes and tranny fluid changes and stuff? Would you take your Vette to an Oil Stop or Jack Furriers or somewhere like that?

I went to Extreme because I have a 550 hp kit and other mods and needed a performance tuner.
If your's is stock Sooter's on 429 E 6th St is great, I found them by accident. In business since 1946 and Kim Sooter is the present owner (third generation) Great lady and I highly recommend them for just anything you could need. Same $ as dealer but you can trust them.
520-623-1002 tell her I sent you.
