Gauges and warning light
After driving approx 60 miles all my gauges go off and I get reduced engine power. If I stop shut down engine and restart everything works again. Is it time to sell?

nah man don't sell your vette, just give us some more details so we can help you out.
Whats the battery condition? Throw a new one in there, reset all codes then go for a drive. After the condition repeats itself, do some troubleshooting using the codes as a guide.
Once you've diagnosed it some more, post back the results for the rest of us to help out and also to help others that might have the same problem.
