E-85 Fuel System
Hi all,
Looking to put an A&A/ECS blower on in a year or so and would like to go E85. I want to over build the fuel system to support 750 rwhp.
The car (02 Z) has A Racetronix pump with the upgraded harness up to the alternator with FMS 42lb green tops.
I would like to use a dual internal pump setup, but I've seen the pricing, and if I could get away with an external boost referenced pump I suppose I would.
Any help or experience?
Thx,
Mike

Lots of options.
1. Surge Tank setup. Your current pump will keep a surge tank filled, with a much larger pump(s) being fed by the surge tank.
2. Convert to external pump completely. You may need a sump, or a fuel cell.
3. Make your own dual internal setup to save $. Most of the automotive world doesn't rely on bolt in kits, you don't have to either.
For fuel injectors at 750whp+ on E85, you'll want 120 lb/hr or larger.
Btw, pumps aren't boost referenced (unless its a closed loop PWM system). Regulators are.

Our stg 1 E85 system can handle that just fine. I would just need to know your year to give you an exact price, PM or email us. We can also put together a whole package price for you on everything you would need start to finish. It's much easier for us to sell below MAP pricing that way.
