Is this predator tuner locked or unlocked ?
I just found this among some extra stuff I had I’d like to get rid of it but don’t know if it’s unlocked . I’ve included pictures when I plug it in to show what it says .

doesn't matter.. because that version predator is ANCIENT.. and even if the stock tune was restored to the previous vehicle it was used on, it does not unlock/reset at all... so it can't be used for anything... VERY VERY VERY old and won't work...

You can a locked tune over ridden using EFILIVE by doing what they call a "FULL FLASH" tune back to STOCK Any dealer can do the same using GM software--Once it has been re flashed via a FULL FLASH then any tuner whether handheld or full tuner can then tune your car from bone stock
