Could be a leak in the line somewhere, but usually, it is a failed or stuck valve. Picture below circled of the valve that usually pops this code. It's on the driver's side of the engine. Easy to replace this one.

Often when a car approaches 10 years + on the clock the AIR system will fail--for many reasons--Most often the check valves become carbon fouled and will not seal---
You can spend $100's on trying to sort this problem out without any positive results--The AIR pump can fail or a wiring issue will show it's ugly head----
Your easiest fix IF you have tried several fixes is to have a tuner turn off the AIR system entirely and delete all the codes associated with the AIR system---Job done forever !! A mail order tuner can do this all for you and here on the forum you can get a mail order tune for about $150 Just ask them to delete the AIR system and all the codes---
