Default Oxygen Sensor Problem
I have a "Check Engine" light due to possibly using 5 gallons of leaded gas. Will the sensors burn off and clear? How do I reset the computer?
The codes say I have a problem with the right and left Oxygen sensors. I have never used any additives and only used pump gas. TX

do you still have cats? If so, leaded gas really screws them up... making them very restrictive - which could pop an error code falsely accusing the O2 sensors.

Yes, I still have the original cats. I hope I don't have to replace them. How will I know if I need to? Thanks for the reply
