I'm helping a buddy install his set of SuperMaxx headers soon on his 00 FRC and was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers on things to look out for. I installed Headers on my own 96 last year and it went quite trouble free, as I asked the same question then as I am now. He's got the whole system, headers, high flow cats and B&B exhaust. Thanks ahead of time...
Dynatech posts detailed, downloadable install instructions on their web page for the SuperMaxx system. They are about 7 pages long. They look pretty straight forward and easy to follow. I am considering the system myself and would like feedback on how the project goes and if they really make a noticable difference worth the investment in time and money.

Goog Luck.
Very straight forward. You should not have any issues.

The headers are easy, do both from the top with the steering shaft disconnected.
If you can get the car up high enough the will go in from the bottom with even less bother.
The trick is to route the O2 wires far away from exhaust heat that were I spent most of my time.
The Dynatechs made a significant improvement on my car, but the general consenus on this forum is that they suck, and that you should have bought any other brand, or you will suffer from "header envy" over 2.5 HP.
I did the install by myself over a weekend. Directions are easy to follow when you read them entirely. Most people (including me) never read the direction completely. Definite power increase over stock. Not sure of the numbers but like the previous post there are many debates out there. The only issue I had was rear O2 sensor wire routing. I thought they were up high and secure but soon found that they fell and got melted. This is the most critical part of the routing.
One point is that if you think you may want to remove the cats, the offroad pipe can be fabed but its expensive. I went this route and ended up spending more money than any of the other brands, but I have both options now avilible, even though I'll never go back to cats and am selling them right now. Think ahead to any future mods.
