Default Brake noise?

Drove the car for about 2 hours today, on the way back I noticed I hear a clunking noise from the right rear tire when I apply the brake firmly. The brakes work fine, just hear a clunk when I apply the brakes. It doesn't do it every time and sometimes it's louder than others. Any ideas?

Do you hear the clunk only once or does it repeat as the wheel is turning more slowly?

Check the sway bar end links...they seem to go clunk if not torqued tight enough.

I hear it when I brake firmly when I am going slow. It will make the noise a many times as I do it.

I think I may have fixed it today. I removed the tire and looked at everything in the wheel well, brakes, suspension, etc. Everything looked OK and all nuts, bolts were tight. I then sprayed lube on the sway bar bushings and all the rubber bushings and pieces that move with the A arms and even the shock mounts. I took it for a 2 hour ride and it didn't do it once.
