Default Jacking point

Under the door under the rocker panel is place where the fiberglass is cut away and there is access to the metal frame with a hole in it. Is this a safe jacking point? My owners manual makes no mention of it.

Should mention the hole is for jacking pucks. this is the point to jack but make sure you put in jacking pucks; you can buy them or make them out of hockey pucks with an I bolt ( run a search). I got some of these:
