I'm about to get my Dynatech Supermaxx headers, will it make any sense to have them Jet-Hot coated before I bolt 'em up??
Will it reduce my engine bay temp?? Will it reduce my cabin temp??
Any opinions??

Well, fwiw, I already did that. I bought my supermaxx system and had the headers coated. It does reduce underhood temps, no question. It also helps with O2 sensor heating issues, which seems to be the most common code thrown after a LT install. I will tell you this, if you think that you'll EVER want to install a wide band O2 sensor to do your own tuning, get the extra bung installed for it BEFORE you get them coated. I have always been a big proponent of coating. I also put a stiffer tunnel plate in, and put some insulation there, highly recommend both mods (while I'm in here I might as well....). Just my $.02....

Thanks for your input. I have one more question.. where does the insulation go?
I would think it goes above the cats and extentions.. If so how do you hold it up there?

The insulation that I was talking about was installed (glued) above the new tunnel cover plate. I think I bought some insulation from R & D racing....it was a foil backed/dense insulation material that I glued to the plate (foil to plate). I didn't do a before/after temperature comparison but wasn't going to put it back together without installing the insulation. Glad to help, good luck, I don't think you can go wrong with the Dynatechs....best bang for the buck IMO.
