The thunder racing 224/224 114 lsa cam is a great all around cam to go with and is also great for driveability. You are looking to gain about 35-40rwhp. The more radical you go with the cam, the crazy the idle will be, the more horsepower you will acheive, and the more difficult it will be to pass emissions. I love the choppy idle of a radical cam though. It sounds amazing. Futral motorsports, LG motorsports, 21st century muscle cars, and thunder racing have some of the more popular cam grinds. Call them up for their opinions for your setup.

The TR224 is a great street cam. You should also be aware that the more radical the cam the more valve spring durability becomes an issue.
