Help with P0440

I don't know what service manual you have but it's listed in mine. P0440 sets when the PCM tests if a vacuum can be achieved the the EVAP system. The most common cause of this DTC is a loose or defective fuel tank cap

Do you have a page number for P0440? I see where code P0442 is on page 6-712, and P0443 is on page 6-715, but, DTC P0440 is not listed in the index. I guess it's buried in some obscure location in the manual.

Obviously, we are looking at two totally different manuals. Page 6-741 doesn't even come close (in my manual).
