Default What's the process to use a Power Bleeder

I can get my hands on a Power Bleeder for brakes but not sure how to use it (neither does the owner). Can someone step me thru the process?

Tks

Doug

Here's the proceedure that I use:
1) Top off car brake fluid reservoir
2) Attach speed bleeder to reservoir
3) Place towel or shop rags beneath reservoir (in case of leaks)
4) Pump up speed bleeder to about 10 psig (pressure leak test)
5) Remove speed bleeder cap (slowly to depressurize) and add 1 or 2 pints of brake fluid
6) Replace speed bleeder cap and pressurize speed bleeder (not to exceed 20 psig)
7) Bleed brakes in normal bleed sequence
8) After bleeding each brake, check brake fluid level in speed bleeder, don't want to be pumping air into brake system
9) When finished, remove speed bleeder and syphon excess brake fluid from reservoir
I went to Walmart and bought a turkey baster for my syphon (i.e. king size eye dropper).

Like most things these days, you can find instructions on the support section of Motive's web site. It only takes few seconds to look for these things. http://www.motiveproducts.com/10instruct.html
