A friend and I put 4.10's and the LS7 clutch assembly in my car in ~7 hrs. This was in my garage on jackstands. Included an hour of running to Kragen to get a socket swivel, and eating a borrito.
That was my first time removing the rear suspension and torque tube. I'm sure I could do it again in 5 or less hrs.
