Default 1.8 Ratio Gm Ls7 Rocker Swap

I Have A 98 C5 With 243 Heads And Want To Go From 1.7 To 1.8 Ratio Rockers. Has Anyone Used The New 1.8 Ls7 Exhaust Rockers For The Swap And Is The Gain Worth The Time. I Have A Lunati 221/221 568/568 W/112 Sep And Have Comp 918's....any Thoughts Given They Are Much Cheaper....

They will not work, because the rocker pedistal and offset of the intake rocker prevents them from being used.

I have a set of the Crane 1.8's that I was thinking about selling. They're the Crane golds.

Have you personally experienced this?

He said nothing about intake rockers, only exhaust rockers.

not sure about pricing for the ls7's but the intakes are offset so you have to use 16 of the exhaust rockers. Again, trying to find if anyone has done this and I guess price determines feasibility....There are too many decent aftermarket rockers!!!!!ANY THOUGHTS!!

Hi All,
I have sold a few sets of these over the last week or so. It will be interesting to see the results.

Thanks,

Will they be any less likely to lose needle bearings than the LS1 rocker arms?

I have seen a few posts on this on several LS1 forums. No results yet though. I know someone bought one rocker to try a fitment check.
