We still need to finish alot of the small details....
- Install the nitrous system and run new wiring harness
- paint/polish
- fab a lid for the coil boxes
- tune tune and more tuning...
On a side note the car runs pretty good for not having a tune and idles @ 1000rpm. With tuning it should come down to 800, not to bad for a 346cid with a 254/260 @ .050 cam.

Thanks the coil relocation won't look like a rats nest once I can either fab a new harness or get that one taped up. The lid is going to be a polished aluminum and cover up that mess.
did valve cover spacers cause the move of the coils?
I think the Jesels caused the valve cover spacers to be used which caused the coil relocation.
Lot's of work going on Phil. Curious about the LSA of the cam and where the ICL is, if not a secret.

Yes, when we moved to the .500 spacers the spark plug wires fit but the driver side front coil hit the alternator. Could be solved with a simple Y bracket that rotates the alternator out. When we found out that the spacers were not tall enough we went to 1" and than the spark plug wires wouldn't fit. Clearance between the valve covers and the alternator was ~.0625". So we had to move the coils and fab up some new plug wires. The cam is a whimpy cam, its a 254/260 112 + 2, I should have gone with my gut instinct of a 254/260 108 + 0. We'll see, I drove it last night and it buried the stock tach with ease.

Is your cam designed for nitrous or is it kindof a mix between NA and N2O?
Ahhh, its not really spec'd to nitrous but I know it will work fine. Everyone says that tight LSA cams don't work well with nitrous but I've had very good luck with my old 110 + 0.
The coil relocation is coming along nice Did you end up using LT1 wires?
Actually as usual, I spent too much money. I got a Moroso Ultra 40 universal kit, heat shrink tubing, numbers, and LT1 optispark terminals. Should have gone with Crane Firewire.

When is performance cheap any ways I just wanted to verify that the LT1 terminals do work. Good luck with your build
