I've got the LG/Wilwood front brakes on my and my street wheels fit fine with a 5/8" spacer probably will drip it back to a 1/2" eventually, but my track wheels are pretty close. They don't hit when the car is driven under normal conditions, but considering they have v710s and I'm going to be driving it pretty hard, how much space should there be??
I agree with John. Took a look at your web page. One thing I have noticed with the aftermarket Z06 wheels is the difference from stock in the location of the spokes. My factory Z06 wheels (both 17 and 18 inch) easily clear the Wilwood calipers (about 3/8 in) while my 18 x 9.5 Z06 aftermarkets do not. I used to use AFS GS wheels front and rear but the front 17 x 9.5 hits the caliper. So right now I am using the factory Z06 17 x 9.5s as my front track wheels with Kumho 710s and there is no problem with the spokes hitting the wheel while turning at high G's. I tried the rear 17 x 11 on the front and it looks like it will work without a spacer.

okay, I guess I'm good. There's about an 1/8" I've driven with them, just haven't pushed them hard yet. Going to pick up my trailer tomorrow and off to AutoX with the 710s for the first time this weekend.
Bill,
you gave me 2 ideas, both of which involve spending money.
1-pick up a set of OEM Z06 front wheels and keep using 275s w/o the spacer
2-pick up another pair of GS rear wheels (if they fit) and use them all around with either 315s all around or 315/335
Right now, I've got a set of the 18x9.5 Z06 Motorsports with a 5/8" spacer, which is more than I need, I'll probably drop back to a 1/2" at some point. a set of OEM thin-spokes which need the same amount of space as the motorsports and the AFS 17x9.5 wheels w/ a 5/8" spacer. If I was buying one today, I'd get a 3/4" spacer just to make me feel more comfortable.
