Default Is my Z lowered?

I tried lowering the front today, but I noticed that I have a gap between the washer and the spring connected to the bolt. The bolt would not move at all. The washer should sit flush on the spring if its stock, correct?

The rubber washer should sit on the spring wether it is lowered or not. Measure from the top of the wheel arch to ground on a level surface.
If the dimension is around 27 to 27-1/2 it is not lowered. Lowering the front without cutting the bushings will give about 1" or so lower.

I wasn't talking about the rubber bushing, but rather the little thin metal washer that is on the end of the 10mm end. I measured the height and it looks like its around 26.5" to 27". The front wheel gap looks bigger than the rear, but the car looks to be sitting level.

Also to move that bolt at all... lowered or not.... you need to relieve the pressure off the leaf spring... Put another jack under the spring and push it up...just enough to lift it off of the control arm where the rubber bushing rests...
