So how accurate are all these scales? It's typical for a gauge to be about 1/2% of full scale. Even if these scales are 1/4 percent of full scale, they could be off by a few hundred pounds either way, but I don't know how they work, and thus, how accurate they are. Anyone know?
Edit: did a google search for computerscales accuracy and its rated at 1/10th of a percent and 1500 per pad, so that's only 60 lbs worst case.
My 01 A4 fully optioned vert,full tank and a 170 lb driver was 3493, lf 882, rf 851, lr 896, rr 864/ front wt. 49.61% or 1733 lbs/ rear wt. 50.39%or 1760 lbs, kinda fat, but it is what it is
Just got back from the track and my car weighed in at 3000lbs with a half tank of gas. For comparison my friends 99 FRC weighed in at 3075lbs with 3/4 tank of gas. His car has motorsport wheels with runflats.
