grinding 2nd gear?

grinding 2nd gear?
I have an 02 coupe m6 with 54k i have only had this car 3 months now and love it. I have noticed when down shifting into 2nd there is a grinding noise. Now it has done this for a few days so i checked the fluids and changed the tranny fluid also the oil and clutch fluid as well in hopes to improve this problem but no luck I also read that it may take a 100 or so miles for this to get better but after 300 miles this problem has not gone anywhere. Not sure what fluids were in the car before but Iwent with royale purple i have read alot of good things about there products. Do I need a new tranny? clutch? any help would be great

yes every time it has done this it has been warm I dont even drive the car untill about 5 mins after start up also I have avoided downshifting into 2nd gear to keep from further damaging anything
