Last night we went out looking for some 9.4s and 150mph and the main shaft didn't want to play nicely. I left pretty soft and went 1.45 60' and when I pulled 2nd gear felt a big thud and the car coasted to an early death. Towed it back to the pits and jacked it up. Both wheels turn, pinion turns so its got to be either the shaft in the torque tube or main shaft.

Bummer, Phil. Sounds like it's time for a cf upgrade possibly?

I think the torque tube is fine, I'll probably tear the tranny down middle of the week and throw a 9310-300m main shaft in.
