I'm thinking of going to an LS2-based longblock. Will a C6 oil pan fit an LS2 block on a C5?

The C6 pan will fit the block of course and I think there was a thread a long time ago about someone who used a C6 pan in his C5 (with and Ls2).
He only had to use the C6 dip stick too.

I have an LS2 in my 98 but I'm using a C5 pan. If the motor has to come out, it's getting a C6 pan.

C6 pan fits on fine on LS1/6/2. Pickup and tray are all same also.
