I just put the car into storage and diconnected the battery. I usually leave it connected. Are there problems that could arise from leaving the battery off for 3-4 months?
If your car is in a storage area w/115v A/C power available, I personally would use a battery tender. If not, take the battery home and keep it on a tender. Prolongs battery life greatly.

No. When you reconnect your A/C will go on and a few other things might be lost, but that's it. I do it every year, my battery is in my basement. As suggested, I would bring it in a warmer area if the garage is away from the house as mine is.

Attached garage doesn't get below 35deg. Can't really remove the battery easily as the supercharger intercooler tank is on top of the battery. The battery is new so I think it will be ok, I'll throw a charge on it in the spring.
Thanks to all, Randy

Invest in a "tender" if you can connect it to the battery...
Disconnect and store it in a cool dry place off of the concrete. The car will NOT be damaged and you will not have to worry about overcharging the battery.
Battery tenders are the way to go, when I 1st got a Harley, the battery lasted one year, (small batteries), next battery, I bought a tender, haven't replaced a battery since. I have tenders on my sons 2002 Camaro 35th anniversary, my 2003 H-D Ultra Classic Centennial, and my 2004 Vette convertible, never, no problems when I go out in the spring to start any of them. It's better than battery insurance.......bob.
