Default Clutch feels heavy when cold

Hi,
Got an `98 MN6 20000 miles and when cold in the morning first time i push the clutch pedal feels a little hard...everytime after that clutch pedal feels normal the rest of the day.
Is this normal?

Again it only does it one time(first time) when cold in the morning.
I`m in So cal.

Any input will be appreciated
