Default 224 Cam

I have a TR224 cam that I will be pulling out of SS Camaro to go with something else. My question is will this cam give my 01 ZO6 a noticable gain on power over the 01 cam?

I installed a COMP 224/224/114 LSA cam earlier this year in my '01 C5and I am very impressed with the power and drivability (I did my own tuning too).

Go bigger. The 224/224 is pretty small. Why not go big the first time and not regret it? I had a 228/228/112 and it was a great cam. Had the motor rebuilt and went with 232/236/114. I like them both. I would have not been happy with anything smaller.

I run a comp 224/228 581/581 on 112. Good reliable cam. on 243 heads.

with LTs open exhaust, CAI and a few other things, it put down 403 rwhp and 407 rwtq. We could have tuned it for more ponies, but the torque would have been lower.

I have some LPE PP SWGT LS6 heads to put on now and looking at BIGGER CAMS. But then I dont need it to be street able.
