Default How quiet are long tube headers at idle?

Not talking about valve train sewing machine sounds or exhaust sounds. Because the header walls are thin, do you bet any noise through the tubes at idle? If so, can you hear it with the hood down from inside the car?

Default header noise

depends what else has been done to the engine. If stock then not much more sound than stock.

I noticed a bit more noise from under the hood after my headers were installed, but it's not anything severe or that should keep you from adding them to your car...
