Default Passenger side firewall gromet

Awhile back I ran some audio wires through this gromet. I decided to cut a slit in the gromet for the audio wires but have recently removed these wires.

Question is, how would one go about putting a new gromet in the place of the old one? There is all kinds of wires running through this hole in the firewall........wouldnt the wires have to be cut(I wouldnt do this)? Or is there a quick disconnect somewhere under the hood or the dash?

Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.

I would recommend putting some RTV on the cut instead of replacing the grommet. It would be a pain in the *** to replace it.

throw some silicone on there adn tape it back up. It's not worth the trouble of trying to disconnect everything

Yeah that what I have already done. I was just wondering if replacing the gromet is possible for later down the road.

You will have to disconnect every wire that goes through that grommet and feed them through the new grommet. It won't be easy.
