Default Map Lights and Vanity Mirror Lights on '97 Don't work

My 1997 C5 Vanity mirror lights, reading lights (switched on the rear-view) and underhood light don't work. Actually, the reading lights come on with the dome light, but don't come on with the switches on the rear-view. The lights in both vanity mirrors and the the underhood light does not work at all.

Any help? Is this a fuse problem or a larger problem? Thanks!
