Default Intake manifold?

Ok guys let me tell you what im running at the current moment. K&N Dual Intake, west coast vette MASS air flow sensor, west coast vette air duct and coupler, throttle body coolant bypass kit, 160 thermostat, corsa pace car exhaust, diablo tuned..now i want to add an intake manifold I am thinking the FAST LSX manifold, does anyone know for sure how good these things are?..do they add a good amount of hp?..I am also going to use the West coast corvette throttle body on it, do I need to get bigger injectors or fuel rails?..and does this steal any of my low end torque, I dont want to lose any low end power i love having it and dont want to lose it. let me know what all you guys think I appreciate it thanks!!!!

The manifold, absent other mods, will make something like 5 to at most 12 additional horsepower.

I couldn't imagine you losing low end torque/hp. I would imagine that it would be an increase all across the board. I could be wrong though.

With your present mods it will be a waste of $$ to buy a FAST intake..go with a LS6 intake..they are good for a little over 600 HP.

Yes...the FAST works well with mod engines e.g cams with a large lift, head with good air flow..where as the LS6 works very well with small mods to stock engines. A FAST that is ported greatly benifits big modded engines.
A used LS6 can be bought for about $350 and will give a SOTP and some HP gains. Othres witll chime in. My $.02

what about like the holley one that flows 15% more than a stock LS6 or is that pointless really cause the LS6 one will flow plenty?

If the heads, cam and other parts don't allow the flow to be used, it is pointless except for bragging rights.
