p2=p1 * (v2/v1)^3
P1 = Horsepower Stock
P2 = Horsepower Modified
V1 = Top Speed Stock
V2 = Top Speed Modified
Fill in P1 / V1 / P2 and solve for V2.

From the tech data I have the vert is .31
The Z06 is around that too due to side ducts, and wider tires.
