Have you a PCV setup on the motor? If only a breather, it may not be enough to relieve the pressure. I disconnected my PVC line to the intake on my Grand National, to eliminate hot air going in the intake, & started getting the same, oil out of the dipstick at hard accel & high RPM's.

There shouldn't be any real "pressure" like that in the crankcase. If you have oil shooting up out of the dipstick ID say you have a very serious leak down/blow by problem or the engine is about 3 quarts overfilled.
PCV is a positive vacuum system to evacuate the crankcase, its not meant to relieve active pressure.

I had the same problem on an older Vette......Hate to say it, the motor was new and the rings they used had the wrong end gap...... too much end gap and the thing blew out the dipstick tube every time I got on it. ....you'll see compression is down too....do a compression check to verify!!

Thank you for your help...it has a pcv on the right valve cover that runs to the air cleaner and thats it..the other day i was accellerating hard and it was blowing a serious oil cloud behind me apon decelleration.. when i checked under the hood i saw all the oil on header and all over the engine compartment.. hoping for the best that the oil blowing out from behind me was coming from the oil on the header but after reading a few of these post i'm starting to think the ring/end gap deal is the problem ..I called the engine builder he said put a breather on the oiL fill and that should do, I LOST MY CAR FOR A COMPLETE YEAR SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS...for this pile.. You might try sending a pm to RichieRichZO6 on this forum. He had the same problem a few weeks ago and is in the process of correcting it right now. Plus he works at a chevy dealership and knows his stuff.
