It will start blinking "Shift" several mph before you hit rev limiter. I was hitting the limiter at the Glen quite consistently at the end of the back straight on Thursday. The shift light would start blinking at about 140 and I would hit the limiter at 146. I was a little to busy to see exactly what the actual rpm reading was as I was looking into the next turn and getting ready to brake.

Bill, do you happen to know if there is a specific wire that turns this on or is it a signal to the HUD unit?? I was thinking of tapping into it to Mod a shift light...
