Default Driver side power seat not working

Hey guys, I'm having a problem with the driver side power seat, but I'm trying to find out exactly what is broken, what needs fixing and what is ok.

My seat MOVES fine, up-down, forward-back, however my lumbar support both upper and lower, and side supports do not work.

I thought I had read something about an air pump being the key to inflating-deflating bladders which gave you lumbar and upper back support as well as the sides of the seat support.

So I pulled the little cartridge that is under the seat out and when I press the button the pump or motor (whatever it is) seems to operate. I can hear/feel it operating, but no movement in any of the chambers or seat settings.

It is definately getting electricity, but is it actually the air pump that is broken? or is it something else, and is there ANY way of telling for sure?

Thanks in advance for any advice given.

Ryan.
