Yep, you will probably ned a mild cam to get there.
Long tube headers, a good air intake, and a good tune will net about 350, but you'll need to add the cam to get to 375.
Heads not necessary at this level, but could be added later for more ponies.
a set of quality long tube headers (ARH, LG, Dynatech, etc etc) and a small cam like a 224-228 114+2, and other supporting mods like air intake and underdrive pulley will easily get you in the 380-400 rwhp range while maintaining great drivability
These beautiful machines have more than enough power to blow most anything off the road. I would say leave her alone unless your going to the track. Zora and the gang designed an american rocket, no need to mess with perfection....I think!!!!

I went into the shop Monday at 327RWHP, 335TQ with a BW CAI, and LG Streets/high flow Cats, Z06 TI's at the back, they will be putting LS6Heads/LS6 Intake/04 Z06-CAM/PowerBond 25% UD Pulley, 30lb SVO fuel injectors/LS2 TC/HP oil pump on, and I was told, 380-400RWHP with those add on’s. I should have it early part of next week, will post final numbers.

You'll have to answer these questions before wasting your hard-earned cash on mods you may regret later because you didn't research what you wanted and how you can get there.
IMHO, a stock C5 that only sees normal driving on public roads is more than fast enough.
For drag racing, auto-X or road racing there are specific modifications that can and will enhance your car's performance in such events. If you are doing mods to keep up with the Joneses' I can't help you there
I have a similar situation: '99, 6-speed manual, daily driver. I'd like to add a little HP without going to a sc or anything (I want to get into autocross, but I don't plan on going to the drag strip anytime soon...at least not until I get my new tires).
I have absolutely no mods right now; how inexpensive are some of the more minor changes? i.e., if I were looking at getting new intake, or something along those lines, what are some of the more reasonable things I could get done, without spending a few thousand?

Or am I just out of luck on that front?

Auto-X is all about the driver. Suspension upgrades and better tires would be more helpful to you than increasing HP. In fact, IMHO, more HP would be a detriment rather than an enhancement for auto-X.
Just opening up the airbox or going with an '02 Z06 airbox lid would be a nice upgrade. Most aftermarket intakes are really not worth the money, IMHO.
Tires, a suspension upgrade, and a High-performance driving school to learn how to use the HP you already have are your best tools to start with. HP costs $$$$$$$$$$

A true cold air induction- Vortex ram air = $350 - Cat back B&B exhaust +$1,000 - Custom tune =$500. So, $2,000 and I have 415 bhp, 333rwhp.........................worth it. Go get it.

Vortex Ram Air induction $350 install yourself...good start. Every 10 deg you drop the intake air temp is 1 hp.
