Default malfunction stock allarm

Hey all,
Ok, the weirdest thing happened today. I didnt mess with anything, just a normal drive, and I end up going to lock the doors with my key fob and the stock security horn starts beeping.

I thought I accidentally hit the panic. Nope
I put the key in the door. Nothing.
I unlock the car with the fob, nothing
I put the key in the ignition, alarm shuts off

I do my shopping and the doors unlock and the trunk pops without problem using the key fob. Drive home and go to lock the doors again using the key fob and damn if it doesnt do it again. I hit the lock button and the securuty system goes off.

I dont know whats going on, this never happened before.
I have the auto valet up/ down windows by, but had them for a LONG time.

Any one have any ideas?

Have you checked your battery voltage and connections? Strange things start happening when the battery gets low. How old is the battery?

brand new.

basically i can lock the doors with the fob when they are open and even roll down the windows, but once i close the door with the alarm set it goes off.

seems like it will go off with doors closed and lock button hit.

any ideas?

Ok, assuming the car starts without issue which implies the security light is not flashing, then...is there any water on the passenger side floorboard area or water running onto the BCM? Check both door jam accordian tubes for a wire inside that is known to short to the frame. PM Bill Curlee and ask for suggestions from him as he's the electrical authority here. No issues with intermittent starting?

starts and run like a dream (other then the s/c belt slipping, but thats another issue)

where are the accordian tubes?
and like i said it will lock, yes, it will lock when the car door is open, but if you lock it and close the door immediately the alarm will sound and if the door is already closed and you lock it with the fob it will sound. just happened suddenly

The accordian tubes are the ones that pass the wiring through the door jams from the main body to the doors.
