Default Are these history codes a big deal?

I'm looking to purchase a C5, and it seems that every C5 I have looked at has several stored history codes. I have yet to find a car with no stored history codes. Anyway the one I am going to purchase has the following history codes:

B2282H - Battery #1 Fault
B2283H - Battery #1 Fault
B2284H - Battery #2 Fault
B2285H - Battery #2 Fault
B2605H - Seat Front Vertical Position Sensor Failure
B2583H - Left Front Turn Signal Monitor Circuit
B2860H - B2860 Telescoping Column Position Sensor Failure

U1016H - Loss of Communications with PCM
U1064H - Loss of Communications with BCM
U1096H - Loss of Communications with IPC
U1160H - Loss of Communications with LDCM

There are no current codes stored, and I have seen the Battery Fault codes/Loss of Comm. codes in other C5's I have looked at. Should I erase them all and see if they come back? Are these a big deal?

Thanks!
