Default don't discount LGM

Here's a video about a good alternative coilover system from LGM:

I like their choice of shocks - Bilsteins and I hope to get this system for my C5 one of these days.

Yeah but the LG's cost another 500 bucks...Lou makes great stuff, my I had an all LG suspension on my Camaro... if I were racing or tracking my car Id seriously consider them...

The time to buy is when there is a "special" going on. Sooner or later, almost every vendor who advertises here has one. If cost is the main reason why a product is so popular, then it makes sense to dig into the design, real life experiences, and customer service aspects before buying. I remember when Kumho MXs were very popular tires, not because they were nearly as good as PS1s or GS3s, but because they were inexpensive. I'm certainly not saying this is the case with Pfadts vs. LGMs or Callaway coilovers, but I find that one is better than the other AND it makes a difference in day-to-day driving (not just on the track), then I may not mind spending the extra bucks.
