Removing climate control unit
Any info on how to remove the climate control unit,need to send it out for repair no read out. Any info will be helpful on where to repair.

just follow these instructions up through step 3:

after that, you'll see the screws holding the climate control unit in place.. just take those off, disconnect it and it's out.
what kind of repair does it need?

Nice little project
Purchased a 98 last fall and other than new belts, I tackled the no light climate control system. Fun little project. Just follow the suggestions that others have posted and you will enjoy fixing this problem. I sent mine in to Winona, MN and it came back perfect.

After getting it out why not try to fix that yourself with the instructions here. Can still send it in to get fixed if you can't do it.
Have heard good things about the guy on ebay that offers to fix them for $55.00
