Left side? Drivers or passanger side?

Most people will undo the motor mount bolts from under the front cradle and then rock the engine by jacking it under the oil pan.

What is the left side dude? Driver or passanger side?

Either way, try and unbolt the motor mount nuts from the underside of the cradle, jack the engine up and slide your header in.

It might help if you're a bit more specific...type of shorty headers, where they're obstructed, define "left" side, etc.

You could also contact the manufacturer...

Put my B&B Tri Flo left side shorty in from underneath.
L or R side of vehicles are always defined by sitting in the drivers seat. Standard auto mfgrs. terminology.

Did you remove the serpentine belt along with the alternator? This allowed me more room to work with. I removed the belt, alt, coil packs, and valve cover. Also fuel line removal also helps.

I have been working on cars for over 40 years and I was taught the right side is the passenger side and the left side is the drivers side. I have never had a problem using this analogy.
