LS6 GTM run issue

LS6 GTM run issue
I have a GTM with an LS6 out of a C5 corvette.I used a painless wiring harness and and LS2 TB with proper wiring adaptor.
The problem is this. Engine starts right up ...runs for a few seconds then dies. I have tried 2 different ECU's that were flashed by different vendors that both claimed the VATS was removed.
I have also tried a different TB and MAF.No luck the problem is still there.
CAN ANYONE HELP???????

Check out this video. This is when we were doing the first start on my 70 after the LS swap. The computer had not been programed to turn off the VATS. It runs for about 3 seconds and dies. Once I turned the VATS off it ran nicely.

Check out this video. This is when we were doing the first start on my 70 after the LS swap. The computer had not been programed to turn off the VATS. It runs for about 3 seconds and dies. Once I turned the VATS off it ran nicely.

If you read the original post he said he had the VATS programmed out, so either it is not being done properly or he has another problem. I think he's looking for more specific information than "Turn the VATS off".
What's involved or where to go to get this done properly might be more useful information.
