Default HELP, Headlights will not move....

I had some HID headlights installed on the car. Took out the headlights and replaced a bad motor and reinstalled the factory setup. Now the lights come on but they will not move. No up or down. They are stuck in the up position. What do I do now?

Thanks
Jeremy

I'm going to take a stab at what happened:

He went from no lights, to parking lights, to lights then back to parking lights and wondered why they didn't move.

What do I win?
