Do license plate fillers get stolen often where you live...?

Not really.. im paranoid i guess..
On the bottom of the filler, you can easily grasp the bottom and just rip it off.. Im sure some punk would like a cool wall decoration with 'corvette' on it..

You still coule do this to yoru front bumper, and get a 'Hide-away' licence plate holder that disappears when you don't want it shown!
I live in SC, and we do not require either front plates or vehicle inspections!
