1997 C5

My 97 C5 both fog lamps bulb are out. I don't think it's the bulbs I could be wrong. The fog lamp button lights up when on & light goes off when off. Does the mean

The fuse is ok? Where is the location of the fuse and what is fuse number ?

You have both a fuse and Micro Relay located in the engine compartment fuse panel, passenger’s side of the vehicle in front of the battery.
Fuse # 6, Relay # 39
