I may be posting up some solid a-b comparison information in the next few weeks. It all depends on if I have a buyer and can get away from work.
Sounds good.

We haven't done any before/after dyno testing on the 92 vs. 102, but there's some results over on LS1tech showing gains of 9 rwhp.

Thanks

So is the actual intake itself the SAME on the inside as the 92mm? Or is it a completely different intake?

They're different on the inside. The 102 has individual removable runners.

Seth
Is that the only change? The runners are removeable?

Has anything changed with the shape/length/profile/volume of the runners? Is anything FUNCTIONALLY different between the 92mm intake and the 102mm intake other than accomodating a larger throttle body?

9rwhp gains... on what combination? How much power was it making before the swap?

Expand please!

The construction of the intake and runners is different from the 92, along with the obvious 102mm opening. The 102 is making a few more horses over the 92 from the design changes. As far as the exact measurement differences of everything, I don't have that info. There's more information on LS1tech from the back to back testing that was done.

Thanks
Seth

The FAST Billet Fuel Rails LS1/LS6 are $189.99. The FAST Crossover Line is $44.99. The FAST Crossover Line is just the front crossover line & fittings that connect the Fuel Rails to each other and does not include the rear line & fittings that you'll need to connect the Fuel Rail to the OEM fuel line.

Torrent carries the Billet Fuel Rails and complete Fuel Line Kits in multiple colors http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-t...uel-lines.html

What gains have you personally seen with the FAST over stock LS3 manifold?

On the LS3 version, our test results showed low gains (under 5 hp).

It should be noted that the FAST 102 is not a direct bolt on replacement for a LS1 intake. To my surprise, considerable extra work is required. If I had known that I might have went with the FAST 92 .

On the last C5 in our shop all we did was trim the outer shell on the Intake to make it so it wouldn't hit the cowl.

I did not realize you could put the intake manifold on backwards...

since the heads go on either side of the motor... the intake can go on either way... and the headers can go on upside down!!! the intake is on reversed from the factory on an LS4 FWD V8 cars
