Default GM Spec Power Steering Fluid/ Brake Fluid

Anyone know the GM OEM Power Steering Fluid We are supposed to use to replace fluids?

Also with brake fluid, I believe all it is is DOT 3. Is this correct?

I am thinking of not flushing all the fluids but actaully taking a turkey baster and removing some of the fluids out and replacing with new fluid. I keep hearing we dont need to, theres no need, and that some peope say it is important....so I am not sure exactly how to react to replacing these fluids.

Dont think I need it with Power Steering but want to with both anyways....I feel if I get most of the stuff out of the reservoirs and replace with clean fluid, it should absolutely help more than hurt anything.

Not necessarily doing it as the lazy way out but, I just don't know if i really need it...dealership said it was recommended however the brake fluid looks dirty but im not sure about power steering.
