I went the other way, but can give you some info. You WILL need to get the GM shop manual for your year Vette. It will have all the wiring diagrams you will need, and you will need them as you will need to run some additional wires to the PCM. Gene at www.gmpartshouse.com has great prices on them, and the new parts you will need. And, yes you will need a new transmission wiring harness, it is different than the manual one. I would have sold you my old one, but it was damaged and I threw it out.

Shifter, and the linkage to the ignition switch (not sure if you need a new switch)
You will also need the bracket that attaches the drive shaft of the torque tube to the flex plate on the engine. And the flex plate.

Your pedals will be fine.

I'll try to think of what else you need, but hopefully those that have done this swap will chime in. Also you may want to talk to RPM transmissions or another vendor that has done the swap before.

The pedal box will work if you pull it and swap the pedal from an auto.

You also need the auto bellhousing (they are different), flex plate with collar, a shifter, shifter cable, park lock out cable, and the diff plate.

I have a tranny with 1500 miles, the torque tube and the cooler lines that are attached to it, a fuddle 3200 converter, and diff plate. Get 'em out of my garage I also think I still have the auto pedal box and think I have the flex plate with collar, but need to check. Let me know if you are interested.

I can also help you with the wiring changes when you get to that point (I recently went from auto to manual and kept my "whitebook" on that process).

You don't need a new ignition switch, they are all the same.

I believe the flex plate should come with the collar if purchasing new from GM. If you buy a used flex, you really need to make sure it's still true and has no cracks and need to source that collar.

You will have to get a segment swap. You will have to find a tuner or someone to pull your tune before the swap and send it off to get it done while you are in the exchange process and then flash in the new tune when you are ready to use it. Contact RoadRebel. He is the man for the segment swap job. Also, you will need a tranny harness and there are different ones. It depends on the connections you have up front at the PCM. You are close to the cutoff year between harnesses, so call RPM transmission and ask. RPM also sells a some little jumper harness for ~250.00 that you are going to need, so cover that with them while you're talking turkey.
