i dont know if i missed it but after you did the test tpis provided by lucky but did you reset the codes prior to the test start and repeated results of 2000 idle and no throttle response

Yes all codes were cleared. Ive got it down to one code now. Im off the work some more. Ill post up the results.

Ok here we go. The TB blade does move when the key is turned to "on" and you push the gas. It opens all the way and closes. Once I start it and push the gas it doesnt work. The only code I am getting is P1514 Airflow to TP sensor correlation high. What now??? Also the TB motor has a ring noise coming from it when the key is in the on position.

Ok so the car still idles at 2k, but I have very little throttle response. Any ideas? Still have P1514 H C code.

Also car is running pretty lean, so it doesnt look like ill be driving it to get it tuned.

tune will fix...you need to add value to the ETC predicted airflow table

Ok guys, its fixed. I ordered a LS2 TB and put it on and it ran great. So the whole time it was the TPIS TB. No codes and idles right around 900-1000. Took it for a quick drive and the low end its great idle to 3500rpm's is FAST once it hits 3500rpm it hits hard. Im going to be taking it up and having it tuned by CMS in the next week or so. Ill post up the gains once its done. A big thanks to Lucky. He helped me out alot. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE HELP GUYS!!!

Sucks that dude sent you a bogus throttle body. Glad you got it fixed bro. Should make for a nice gain after tune.

I hope so. The low end is 100% better. I cante really blame him he never used it. Plus we have been talking about it the whole time this was going go. So no worries
