Default 98 corvette blend motor

I think I have an issue with the blend motor on the passenger side.
Where do I look for the blend motor and what should I check to repair it? I beleive all the fuses are ok and I can tell the ac is working on the drivers side. It a 98 and all the documentation that I find shows the motor under the hood. But that's not where it is on a 98. THANKS!

If I understand what you’re talking about (HVAC passengers side temperature control actuator),,, it’s on the HVAC air box inside the cockpit. That one is tough to get to. I have pictures at home (at work now) and will post them later tonight.

Try this first. If you have automatic duel control HVAC option, turn the HVAC OFF. Then pull up the DTCs and CLEAR the HVAC DTCs. When you clear them, the actuators will attempt to cycle thru their ranges and reset then selves. Then turn the HVAC control unit ON and see if the DTCs. I did this and it took a couple of resets but it did work and I have not had the issue in a while.

Now that I know to look at the codes, it may be a different issue.
I'm getting a B0367 and B0446. I reset them, but they keep coming back. It looks like a bad right actuator. I see that this may require the dash to be removed. I would not know where to start to do this or where to look for the actuator once the dash was removed.

YEP. Try turning the HVAC system OFF or pull the HVAC fuses, reset the DTCs and see if they can cycle and reset them selves. It may take a few times but se if that resolves it.

What HVAC system do you have Duel Zone or Manual?

The drivers side is a digital setting and the right is an analog with just a dial that turns cold to hot.

Default retry hvac

I just got back in town to try the fuses. I pulled fuses 18 and 27, went to diagnostics and the display said "no communications". Replaced fuses 18 and 27, went to diagnostics, cleared the hvac codes, pulled fuses 18 and 27, started the car, replaced the fuses, error code still shows just like it did before. One other strange thing, the windshield wipers work, but they will not park. I've looked for something common between the hvac and wipers, but it may be two different issues. Thank you!
