Help - Popup Lights won't go down?

Help - Popup Lights won't go down?
I was testing to find the running-lights lead, and while messing around, turning lights on and off, now, the headlights are UP, and won't go down? They turn on and off, but won't 'retract'.
Also.. I don't think my yellow running lights, or rear running lights come on.
I'm thinking fuse, but I cannot find it.
Help!

While replacing bulbs in my "E" lights recently I had almost the same problem. Except it only affected the operation of the 'down' motion. If I manually turned them down they would come up and light when I turned the lights back on. I couldn't figure it out.... Then, after waiting for awhile things just started working correctly... Damned if I know... :)

That sounds like a thermal breaker (like in a hair dryer)... Maybe it tripped after multiple motor cycling and then auto-reset itself after cooling down???
